Settings

Click Settings at the bottom of the left-hand menu. Not sure what something does? Hover over its name for an explanation. On pages with several fields, click Save on the bar that appears when you change something.

• Business — your company name, logo and contact details, for your reports. A preview shows how they'll look.
• Reports — the layout of the top and bottom of each report page.
• Analysis — how sensitive the motion detection is, how much extra video goes into each clip, what to keep track of (people, vehicles, bags…), whether to describe only moments with a person or vehicle in them (recommended, saves credits), facial recognition, and searching across your cases.
• AI usage — your credits: what's left, roughly how many hours of video that covers, what you've used, and Buy more credits.
• My profile — your name, password, recovery code and license.
• Diagnostics — how well this computer is set up for analysis and what would make it faster. If you ever contact us about a problem, Copy diagnostics copies the details we need.
